Their end-to-end platform includes tools for managing abstract submissions, handling complex review processes, planning interactive hybrid conferences, setting up mobile conference apps, and more. The 7IMDC will have a stand-alone interactive app for use during the conference, synced with the information already in the Ex Ordo Platform. The app is powerful, and will be able to show the agenda and presentations, allow creation of personalized schedules for attendees, enhance networking, link maps of the venue, provide registration for special events, and more. The 7IMDC app will go live on or near Sept. 1. Registered attendees will be sent an invitation link to download the app, and the app will only be accessible to those who have registered for admission.
